· Notes for Consumers: Solifenacin may be administered with or without food; most foods do not interact. Side effects from Solifenacin may get worse if you take grapefruit juice. In addition, excessive intake of beverages with caffeine or alcoholic beverages may increase urination and may decrease the effectiveness of Solifenacin.

Grapefruit juice
· Severity: Major
