· Notes for Professionals: Advise patients to avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice during etrasimod treatment due to the risk of increased etrasimod exposure and adverse reactions. Etrasimod is a CYP2C9 and CYP3A substrate and grapefruit juice is a CYP2C9 and CYP3A inhibitor.
